When you source a chiller from China, the biggest question is rarely about the brochure — it is about who actually builds the machine, and how. A polished catalogue can be copied by any trading company in an afternoon. What cannot be faked is factory footage: the assembly floor, the test bench, the crate. That is what this article shows, in six unedited clips straight from our Foshan workshop.
From Assembly Line to Shipping Crate
Every Delin chiller follows the same fixed path before it reaches a customer:
- Assembly — the frame, compressor, condenser, evaporator and control panel come together on the line.
- Testing — each machine is charged, run, and checked for leaks, performance and electrical safety.
- Packing — the finished unit is wrapped, braced and crated for export, ready for a container.
The clips below are raw footage from those three stages. No studio lighting, no staging — the same floor that produces our seafood machines, pool chillers and heat pumps.

Why Factory Video Matters When You Source from China
A trading company can send you a spec sheet in an afternoon. A genuine manufacturer can send you video of the machine being built. The difference matters for three reasons:
- It proves the factory exists. Anyone can buy a domain and upload a catalogue. Video of a working production line is far harder to source second-hand.
- It shows quality control in action. A picture of a finished unit tells you nothing about how it was tested. Footage of the test bench and the packing line shows the process, not just the product.
- It sets the right expectation. What you see in the clips is what lands at your door — the same build, the same checks, the same crate.
If a supplier will not show you their floor, ask yourself why.
